+  Buying at à bout by SmartLuxury

It´s really EASY!

Our products come from limited collections and are manufactured in many cases by hand. This means that:

- You are buying something that almost nobody else will have

- If something is out of stock, you can ask us for it - because very likely, they can make it for you-

- If you find something that you want to customize ore ven modify, you can notify us and we will manage your order. We have already done it and it is always a success.

Our relationship with our brands is so close that we can do this for you. Contact us at customercare@smartluxury.es.

+  Where do the products I buy in à bout by SmartLuxury come from?

It is important for us to tell you that our products travel from the workshop of our brands to our facilities, where we carry out our own quality control. We are not distributors of other stores, so the products do not suffer, they arrive intact from their production.

When we check that everything is ok, we wrap your order carefully and send it to your delivery address. We manage, supervise and are directly responsible of your order, taking care that you receive it exactly as you want it - we do not redirect you to other websites that manage your purchase.

+  Acquire our stories

We do not like the conventional, that's why we try to approach our brands in a special way, through their Stories. We offer you the possibility to immerse yourself in their worlds and follow their recommendations, from which you can also buy our products.

+  Can I ask for style advice?

Of course. We love being able to tell you that we work every day for it. If you need personalized advice or have any questions related to our pieces, do not hesitate to contact us.

+  Can I purchase a GIFT for someone else?

Yes. We only ask you to specify that it is a GIFT at the time of payment, leaving a comment in the box enabled for it and we will prepare your order in a (more) special way -and we will not disclose prices-. We can also send the gift directly to the person honoured -always a success!-.

+  What is the cost of the shipments?

For orders over € 100 and for our Premium users, shipments to Spain and Portugal are always FREE and international shipments have a reduced cost to € 18 - irrespective of the amount of the order.

The costs of a standard delivery are € 5 for domestic orders and vary depending on the order for international orders.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are considered special, so that we supervise them directly, case by case. If you live in the Canary Islands and want to place an order with à bout by SmartLuxury, please contact us at customercare@smartluxury.es and we will do what we can to make sure you enjoy it.

Our courier will try to deliver the order up to 2 times at the address indicated in your purchase. In case of failure to deliver the package, successive delivery attempts represent an additional cost of € 2.95, which must be paid to the agency at the time of delivery.

+  Can I change the delivery address of an order?

Once the purchase is confirmed and for the next 24 hours, you have the possibility to change the delivery address provided during the purchase. For this, go to customercare@smartluxury.es and we will solve it.

+  What is the delivery time of an order?

For us it is essential that you enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

In national standard shipments and Portugal, we ensure your delivery between 3 and 5 days and in Madrid you can receive your order in 24 hours - contact us! -. If you select the express delivery option, your order will arrive in 24/48 hours.

In international orders, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days.

In any case, our orders will be delivered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m, and you will always have the possibility of tracking your purchase from your profile.

+  Can I return a purchase?

You can return any item during the 15 days following receipt of your order.

For this, you will only have to follow the following steps:

1)Access your account and request it, previously indicating the cause of it - this helps us improve! -

2)If you need to change your size, you can process it online. Thus, we will organize everything for the same courier who picks up your initial order and will give you the new size requested.

3)Once your refund request is confirmed, please prepare the item (s) in the original packaging that we send you. It is imperative that the item (s) included in the return be in its original state - please consider especially in the case of shoes. The refund will be made when the returned items have passed in quality control in our facilities.

Once these steps have been made, our agency will go to the address provided with your purchase and will collect the article (s).

Only for our PREMIUM users, national returns are ALWAYS FREE and international ones have a reduced cost of € 12 - irrespective of the amount of the item (s) returned / s-.

For standard returns, cost is € 4 in Spain and Portugal and € 20 in international collections.

+  Is it safe to buy in à bout by SmartLuxury?

We have prepared ourselves and our web for that. You can make your payments with:

- Credit card - and the Secure Electronic Commerce payment system or 'CES' of Banco Santander guarantees this-

- Your PayPal account, simple and agile

- Your Amazon account;)

And you can even finance your payments for several months - so you will not find out about giving yourself that whim! Use our application APLÁZAME, it's very easy.
